REFUND POLICY:

We are unable to refund fees for online/blended training courses once the video link has been registered and issued to you. If you are a healthcare professional and require training for your employer, be sure that you select the correct accreditation based on what your employer accepts. We are not responsible for certifications not accepted by your employer and no refunds will be given after the certification is granted. Refunds requested for classes not cancelled with advanced notice will incur a fee, as cards for certification and training materials are prepared in advance. Full refunds will be provided up to 72 hours before scheduled training. A late cancellation fee of 30 % will be retained if a refund is requested thereafter up until 4 hours before class. No refunds for cancelations within 4 hours of class. We will gladly reschedule your training as needed without a fee at any time with exception to our no call/no show policy.

NO CALL/NO SHOWS *THIS INCLUDES NO CONTACT AFTER CLASS HAS BEEN IN SESSION FOR AN HOUR OR LONGER.* = NONREFUND CANCELATION. RESCHEDULING IS NOT ALLOWED IF AFTER AN HOUR PAST THE CLASS START TIME, WE’RE NOT NOTIFIED THAT YOU WOULD BE UNABLE TO ARRIVE. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO REGISTER AND PAY AGAIN.

ATTENDANCE POLICY:

To respect the time of others participating in class as well, we ask that all students arrive on time for the training. If you are running late (or having trouble finding the office), we ask that you please notify us as soon as possible by calling or texting our national scheduling line at 866.988.6511. Students who will be more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and beyond 15 minutes without contacting us will require rescheduling. Please refer to the no call/no show policy above if there’s no contact with our company an hour past the time class began.

DRESS POLICY: We require that students wear comfortable clothing and shoes for classes that require hands on skills testing (such as CPR, PHTLS, Advanced First Aid, etc). Dresses are not ideal for this environment as you will be expected to do some skills practice on the floor which may not be appropriate for the attire. Open toe shoes are permissible, as long as they are not heels, which can potentially be a slipping/fall hazard. We are not responsible for any injuries (slips, trips, falls, etc) due to clothing or improper body mechanics due to choice of attire.
